Default Slight Hesitation, Confirmation Required!

As above, I have a MY99. It was mapped by Bob Rawle 3 months ago. It now runs 281bhp and 312 lb/ft. I am very happy with this new lease of life, as you can imagine. The problem I am having started 2 weeks ago as I accelerate slowly from cold the car hesitates between 2k-3k not really bad but kind of fluttery. After 2-3 min's its completely gone and drives normally. I'm thinking plugs or coil pack? I fitted new, correctly gaped PFR6's about a year ago. Should I change the plugs to PFR7's now I am running more power?

Any help much appreciated.

i'm having the same problem with hesitation at the moment, i have a 99 mapped three weeks ago by JGM SImtek etc.. My problem is the wastegate solenoid sticking open. I've tried cleaning it but it is still very intermittent. I decided to buy a prodrive 3 port instead and i'm just waiting for it to be delivered. At which point i shall be giving simon another call Sounds like you have a similar issue.

Also i notice with the windows down it sounds very flappy at the moment, almost like the exhaust is trying to get out of the engine but can't escape fast enough..... Strange noise indeed... although when it runs well it sounds ok.

Most likely a plug problem then. Had a quick look at waste gate all looks fine. So a set of NGKPRB7's gaped to .6 would be the way to go?

Thanks for your help, I guess its time to lose some skin from my knuckles, again!
