Default Just about to fit my ninja sports cat..

Hi, well as it says thats my next project however iv got the threaded hole on the new downpipe for the lambda sensor but on my 95 wrx wagon the lambda is on the headers so im wondering what/how i should fill the hole..??
Also the sensor on the bottom of my old downpipe has what i reckon is the cat overheat sensor, so can this just be disconnected and left as it is?
Any help much appreciated
Cheers

Iv read somewhere that its better to move my lambda sensor into my downpipe and plug the hole left in the headers..can anybody help me understand this reason..?
