hi can anyone help my sti v3 is running hot when driven hard, the top hose is hot but the bottom hose is cold as if the thermostat is not opening,Ifitted anew stat and it isjust the same, also water comes out of the plastic top up reservoir,I have fitted another pressure cap but would a higher pressure cap stop the water loss as well as increasing the boiling point thanks

 

i wonder if it could be the water pump impella that has fallen off? is this a common problem??

 

i would say yes its the water pump , my old scoob did it
