Ring Forge mate, they are very good and will advise you, it has been known for them to supply the correct spring FOC

They do a service kit, several springs/spacers to adjust the operation, I needed a change on fitting a front mount.

P.S. was under £20

Cheers Mate..one on the way..came to about 19 and a half punds..
Plus got to add the car throttle response really sharpened up with the Forge valve on A-road runs..it was just when ya got on the motorway and put the foot to the floor it was like a whistle plus the fact the boost would build up then just pi$$ off..
