hey guys, i have my heads in a machine shop and they do not know the specs, please someone give me the specs of my ej20k heads so that i can finally get my frankestein back together pleeeassseee

i need lift and valve clearance and anything else you guys think i might need

There's a link to a set of PDF workshop manuals somewhere on here. The specs may well be there somewhere.

 

im completely new to this forum, could someone help point me to those manuals? i dont even know what keyword to search for? any help is much appreciated

 

Are you running a SOHC (single overhead cam) 16 valve with manual lash adjusters ??

 

ej20k = dohc with shims

 

Off the top of my head -
Valve Clearances :
Inlets 0.006 - 0.008"
Exhausts 0.008 - 0.010"

 

wow merlin, thats right...i found the specs but, off the top of your head...you hit the nail ON the head
