Does WR SPort stamped on a new age exhaust (backbox/exit pipe) have anything to do with Prodrive?

Yes this is the non-PPP version of the pro-drive backbox available as an option from new. IIRC they have oval exit whereas pro-drive from the PPP has round but otherwise the same

Yes a very good backbox, AFAIK the same as the PPP backbox but just with an oval tailpipe.

thats great i've been searchin you tube for a vid with sound of the wrs backbox and never found one, i'm going to add a decat center pipe to mine. i'll put vid on you tube if anyone wants to comment, (impreza wrs backbox with decat center pipe).

does anyone think its a good thing to add a decat center pipe, all i want is a louder exhaust without losing all the cats?

My classic was standard when i got it an the first thing i added was a used wr sport backbox. Sound was a little deeper at idle an cruising. motorways were no louder than standard.

added a centre section decat an the car sounded soooooooooo much nicer. removing the second cat made the car feel alot more responsive an free reving

as if id dropped a few menthol sweets in the fuel tank!!!
