Default Fitting my back box and bov and need help please!!!

I have a 1997 v3 WRX import and i have bought a big naughty jap style back box and a forge dump valve but wanna have ago at fittin myself although still a novice with subarus, can anyone tell me how to get the standard back box of the rubber bung things holding it on, (probably really simple i know).

Plus can anyone give me a brief description of fittin the bov. any help appreciated

come on guys...sorted the bov and all i need to know is how to get the exhaust off the rubber exahust hangers (probably a really stupid question and a simple job i know) looking to do it today so any help is very greatful

use a screw driver mate and just prise them off to the side

simple as that? i was worried about damagin them as they have to be reused...what about gettin them back on to the new back box?? cheers for the help by the way

I had to help my pal "Kojak" to fit a centre-section and rear ARB today, somehow managed to do it without bleeding or bruises....

as stated previously screwdriver wd40 and get levering!
i found the hardest bit on mine cracking the bolts
