hi could anyone tell me is it easy to remove the whole front bumper for me to spray any help would be great cheers

 

yeah fairly straight forward,2 bolts accessed under the wheel arches (need to remove plastic inner arches iirc) and clips under the grill on my 99 model,i took the wheels off for easier access for a socket set but was under an hour to do
