Question Mod advice

I need some advice;

ej20, td05/06h, yellow inj's, link my93 ecu, STi split fuel rail, bocsh 500HP pump

1993 gc8.

Is this a good plan ( affordable, reducing lag, increase power)

*Move turbo to front right ( behind headlight );
move ic piping up to new turbo position
move feed pipes, oil, water
heat shielding - Good antiheat plating material?

* exhaust manifold
I have arranged a new exhaust manifold custom,
instead of coming up the back, coming up the right hand side with
shielding(not sure on type he didn't specify ), then to the
new turbo flange position.
* current internal wastegate, considering porting the exhaust out
to drivers side wheel/hole in bumper ( right hand side front )

Question; If i move the turbo to the front of the vehicle and port the exhaust out the front right side or in behind the drivers wheel, is the change in exhaust pressures going to effect turbo spool and in what way?

* Is it really worth going for the external?

*Flip Inlet Manifold ( Huge lag with current spagetti )
move alternator, aircond(yes/no?), p/wstrpump
fabricate new IC piping from IC -?
*water2air-IC - Is it worth it along with the FMIC?
* Is it worth scraping the FMIC and going straight from
the turbo to a water2air-IC then up to the flipped manifold - no lag?

The turbo movement is fairly major along with the flipping
of the manifold, if anyone can put some advice in regarding a setup like this
it would be much appreciated.

The mechanics im dealing with don't want to do anything " strange ", ive seen similar setups before..

Anyways, thanks in advance for your support
