Clutch type + flywheel

Hi too all,, any one know what clutch and flywheel would be good for my jap sti 1997 ver 4 ? is it the 235mm ?

can you fit a 6 spd clutch kit onto the 5spd gearbox? or will you need to change to a 6spd flywheel also. i feel the standard clutch of the 6spd is quite good
