Default Diff Oil and How Much?

I'm looking to change the Diff and Gear Box oil, how much do i need to get for both the diffs and the gearbox? Ive read castrol syntrax GL5 75w90 is what i'm after.

if memory serves me correctly the rear diff takes about a litre and the gearbox/front diff takes about 3.5 litres.get 5 litres and that will do it.

when changing the rear diff oil make sure you remove the fill plug first they can be very tight,dont want to remove the drain plug only to find the fill one is seized solid.
