Only had the classic for 4 weeks and on 2nd problem already!

This time its this::

The exhaust is stainless from manifold back with decat.

Its just started to sound like a subaru sti tractor when the mrs was out in it. She nipped it to a local garage while i was at work and the guy there took the manifold shield off to look and reckons the exhaust needs disconnecting then resealing and refitting.

Does this sound right anyone???

Was dark when i got in so no chance to inspect but its definitely louder

Sounds plausible to me, not a big deal tho is it Sounds like a Sunday afternoon tinker with some exhaust assembly paste. Get yer spanners out & enjoy the beauties of ownership
