If its in the middle of the engine then its probably the crank seal. These usually go around 80-90k mine went at 60k. You need to remove the cam belt to get to it so you need to fit a new one at the same time. Never re use the old belt as oil will contaminate it and this could lead to premature failure. If it is one side or the other then probably cam seal.

get this checked a.s.a.p .

I had the same symptoms as yours , turns out the leak was from the oil pump itself. The valve in the oil pump was sticking!!!

Got it done just it time before it knakered the entire engine.

i have had the oil pump and crank shaft seal replaced less than 3000 miles ago . it only seems to be coming from the drivers side of the engine and only seems to be a very slight drip.
