Wind noise through door seals
I get some really bad wind noise anywhere above 70mph. I have read all the threads about this and most seem to come from the window not shutting properly against the rubber at the top of the door, and happens a lot when people lower the windows and put them back up with the door still shut. My problem is a bit different, all the noise comes from the area around the plastic triangular area at the front of both front doors. I suspect new door rubbers cost a fortune so tried some 2nd hand ones, they are no different. Added are photo's of the old door rubber and the 2nd hand one attached to car. The area around where the front plastic triangle fits into the rubber appears quite worn away, is this how they come new ? Will new ones solve the problem cause it's driving me mad !!!!!!!
P.S - It's a 4 door 95 STI
