Hi,

I am trying to find a bonnet for my 1995 wrx import saloon, it has the facelift bumper and grill, i would be greatful if anyone could tell me if it makes any difference to which bonnet i should be looking for or if all classic shape bonnets will fit, any help would be great as nobody seems to know.

either shape will fit, but if you fit the late spec it will look funny around the lights as they are a different shape, but if you go for the pre face lift bonnet, it will fit around the lights but might be a bit funny around the grill. If i was in your position, i would get the facelift bonnet and some facelift lights, looks a lot better IMO.
Bottom line, either will fit.
