MY95 WRX RA
Bought a 93-95 q/shift off ebay (search & you will find) but no way does it fit
The "pivot" is about 2cm too high - should I be looking at a 96/7 one or is the one on an RA different?
Ta!

Hi, i fitted the same to my 95RA,and the pivot is ment to be higher,to give it the shorter throw.Mine hit the metal frame in front of it in first,so had to bend it a bit. Well worth it mind!

As above, the 'pivot' is supposed to be higher, changing the leverage ratio between ball joint and your ****..
If it's catching on the metal surround, where the left hand front corner has a brace across it, then yes this is a know issue. You either have to cut this out or easier, just rotate the surround so the brace is at the right rear corner..
IIRC there's only two types of quick shift, 5sp and 6sp..?

Hmm
Don't like bending things but I'm talking about it being at least 8mm out on being able to act as a lever - not the same at all on fitting a GGR q/shift to PTMW! (MY99) which dropped straight in.
