since having a full decat exhaust fitted i get a whistling sound when accelarating is this normal or a leak somewhere?

that will be the turbo mate spooling up. you will be able to hear it now you havnt got any cats.

mine does it too,sounds quallity

mine does the same and seems to have lost some power, and the fookin engine light stays on even after disconnecting battery, seems to have increased boost slightly to 15 psi but just running a bit ****e any one else had this on 2003 wrx

you will more than likely experience over boost due to fitting a decat,also most peoples engine check light comes on. the reccomended thing to do after decatting is to remap,this will give you the most from your decat aswell as making your engine run safe.
