Unhappy New Girl to the scooby world - Exhaust Help Please

Hiya...
I have a 2002 WRX Sportwagon and am after an exhaust upgrade for a meatier sound.
I do not want to replace the whole system so i have been suggested to just change the backbox.

Does anyone have any experience of a good one to go for that are reasonable price?
I have had a look on fleabay and the price range goes from £30 - £400. Is there something i should be avoiding?

Please help me
Thanks

I have the Vortex Exhaust system from Scoobyworld.
Really good quality. I started with just the back box and it sounded great.

Welcome to Scooby world

I'd be abit carfull with the ebay one's.

Steer well clear of the ebay ones, they will fall to bits!

You could go for a Prodrive backbox if you dont want it too loud? But if you want it loud; something like a Ninja/Afterburner from Scoobyworld or a Blitz Nur Spec would do. I think they're all a fairly similar price.

Why dont you want the full system, if you dont mind me asking?! Funds...?!

your best bet is to go to a scooby meet near you and listen to a variety of zorsts......its a personal choice really....ive got tsl group n on mine which is just right, but some wud say its too quiet etc etc......i did some sniffing round loads of zorsts b4 i made the choice.....

welcome to the world of the scoob.....

SPT makes a pretty fair catback but its expensive. It has good sound quality though.

You have all been so helpful, Thanks!!
Wanted to avoid the full system for two reasons really, price and ease of installation. Want to do it myself and dont think i could do full system.
Thanks again,
Laura
