Question When is a good time to start using Fully Synthetic oil?

My old bone is in for it's 12 month/10000 mile service this week, trouble is it's only just done 4k miles .So I don't suppose asking for the FS oil to be put in is a particularly good idea at so low mileage is it?

TIA

if i were you id just stick with the part synthetic, it has the same values as FS, the only diffrence is you can go with longer intervals inbetween oil changes.
Personally id prefer a more regular oil change with PS
