Default Front crank seal.

Was wondering if you can help. I have a 98 Type R and when I bought the car the front crank seal was leaking which I subsequently changed. 2 years later this went again so it was changed again around 2 weeks ago. I've noteced again last night that it is leaking again. Has anyone any ideas why this keeps happening as its doing my head in having to waste my time replacing the dam thing. Does anyone know how to stop this reoccuring.

Many thanks.

Had no trouble with the Genuine Subaru front crank seals - it's worth removing the oil pump and checking the back plate screws are tight, they have a habit of working loose.
This results in a drop in oil pressure and the oil which leaks out the back plate will push past the Oil seal.
A dab of loctite on the screws will stop this happening.
