Default MY06 Hawkeye Decat install
Just had my 3" bore Magnex exhaust delivered with de-cat, if I fit this before a remap and drive it for a while will it cause problems at all?

just drive it off boost and it will be ok.

what i did was put a small vac pipe from nipple on turbo compressor housing directly to wastegate actuator so max boost was 0.7 bar.

So its not really a good idea running it for a good 4 weeks before the remap?

i ran mine for about 6 weeks with no problems,just drove sensible and kept it off boost.

It will be fine as long as you keep it off boost.
