Default Overheating uk turbo

yesterday done a hundred miles then the needle went away up and then if you push the car on more the needle goes back to normal then a wee while later the needle didnt move and the fan is coming on when it is over heating then went out in car today and the needle stayed in the middle and didnt move even when horsing the car on. wood it be a therostate or worst thanks

might be the Thermostat sticking, could also be numerous other things, best get it checked out at a garage that knows what its doing.

personaly i would cheak top header tank is full to top then make sure bottom one is to correct level. then cheak and probably re-new thormostat first. after that if still same its probably down to bigger stuff like weak water pump or weak head gasket but prob would have signs of water loss but no signs of leaks???
