Restriction
As a scooby convert I'm trying to get as much info as possible b4 I buy one.
I keep here how some have benn de-restricted,I doidn't know they were restricted.
The question is what does the restriction affect,is it all round performance or just the top-end and how much difference does it make...thanks.

Hi the restictors are on Jap import cars and it doesn't affect the power 
just top speed which I think is 180km or approx 112mph not sure as mine wass aready off when I got the car.
