surgestions on running a 2.5 in
as above really its in my RA ive covered 460miles pushing it to 3k but at normal drivein conditions still running on a old turbo and injectors (22b turbo and 440 injectors) just want to know the best way to run it in as i still have a 20g turbo and 740's to fit yet

when mine was fitted we put in crap oil , mineral cheap stuff , Bob Rawle base mapped it, then i did 750 miles, changed oil to semi synth , another 500 - 600 miles, changed oil to my normal 15/50 fully synth motul then Bob gave it THE map 
done 3000 miles in the year with plenty of 1/4 mile action and is running perfect , have now fitted/mapped a simtek by Bob and upped the boost a bit.
