Check the connector on the MAF. The MAF and Air intake sensor are all the same unit so could just be a loose connection.

p.s. Also worth having a good look at your air filter and the pipework from the airbox to the MAF.

I have changed the air filter a few days ago, the connector looks ok.
the check engine light flashed 2 times a couple of months ago and a few days ago when I pulled the connector with the car running.
after this I've done a few kms and the car seems to be ok.
next week it's due to service, engine oil, oil filter and fuel.
if the check engine light flashes again, due to this errors, I'll guess I have to buy a new maf...
thanks for your help.

Have you solved the problem with the other codes yet?
If no then check the MAF connectors or loom/ fit new MAF/clear errors and reset ECU then see if new errors show up.

the maf connetors are ok, after disconnecting the maf with the car running, the car continued running, only stalled at the 2nd attempt.
I still don't know what caused the 3 fault codes, can't see anything wrong with the car, just think it wastes more fuel, a little slow to get to 200 kph and this 3 fault codes...
don't want to spend £240 in a maf right now... or in anything else for the car guess I have no choice and buy a new maf...
