Default Crankshaft locking tool's

Do anyone know where could i get hold of crankshaft locking tool or crankshaft holding tool to remove the crankshaft pulley for changing timing belt ?

It is for my dad car's forester XT Turbo

You can lock the engine on the flywheel ring gear - remove the dust cover on the back of the engine and wedge a 10mm allen key on the ring gear.
Works every time.

you can get then from any decent tool shop.

can be done without a tool

two 10 or 12mm bolts around 40/50mm long. slide them in two of the holes on the pulley and stick a breaker bar or tyre lever in between them. Then undo the bolt

Or putting a socket and breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley bolt, angle it down to the floor and use the starter motor to undo it.
