Default boost down..ideas

recently fitted full decat new filter and fuel pump plus upgraded plugs..took car for remap yesterday but when they dropped a 1.4 bar boost set up in it it would only hit 1.1. ..they said it was down to boost leak . . checked all hoses and connections all seem ok..could it be turbo or recirc valve ?
car is only a 05 still..
any ideas

Exhaust gasket could be blowing slightly, the Wastegate Actuator could also be adjusted incorrectly?

Would they exhaust gasket cause it to lose boost..do you mean the turbo to down pipe one..fitted a brand new one when i fitted the downpipe..would you think it might be worth trying another..
