Hi all i am after some advice please, i have 1995 wrx,
the problem is that when its rained or the cars been washed it runs badly (holding back) from cold until its warned up. it does this everytime .
It still starts normaly, but starts playing up after about 1 minute
Its worse if held at a constant rpm, if i put my foot down it clears but back again when i hold it at any rpm,
But once its up to temp it run perfectly.
I have checked for fault codes and done a reset but nothing ,
Any advice on what could be causing this would be really appreciated

do you have the cover on the under side of the bonnet vent over the air filter removed and run an induction kit?

i do have a hks induction kit, but the cover is still on the vent
