Default cambelt tensioner

slight misting of oil on cambelt tensioner will this need replacement or will it be ok

how old is your scoob, cambelt tensioners do go after a while, just had mine done with cambelt at scoobyclinic last month, 330 all in with a full checkover too!

it a 97 classic itd done 150thousand miles tho lol im doing the job myself its says if the tensioner is leaking then replace it but its only a very slight misting of oil

why would you risk a potential engine build on a relatively cheap part.................

pesronally if they are ever any query at all we simoly replace
