exhaust wrap
whats this exhaust wrap all about and where do i get it??just that ive got my stainless headers off and uppipe ive just removed the heatshield because it was rattling...basically wondering wheather its worth putting any on before i replace it all...

j16jrf sells it mate £30 for 30 metres of top quality thick stuff.
he does it in rolls. usually gets 5 people on a group buy to get it that cheap though. so if you can get 4 others im sure he will sort it out for you

but to get it for that price. as said i would need 5 buyers.
this is not the cheap stuff that you can get of auction sites, this is proper heat wrap.
I use it on my own impreza and have had it on for a good while and it has stayed good and flexible not like the cheap stuff that goes brittle.
i dont know the technical side of the wrap, i know that it can improve flow through the exhaust and decrease under bonnet temperatures down so reduces the amount of hot air drawn in through the induction kit
but to get it for that price. as said i would need 5 buyers.
