Default Oil for STI version3

I have a 96/97 sti, just wondering if this oil will be ok for using.

Millers 10w40 CFS Motorsport or Subaru Millers 10w40 XSS High Syn.

I used the Millers 10w40 XSS on my previous 93 WRX.

They are both available on importcarparts.co.uk, the XSS high synthetic is a lot cheaper than the CFS motorsport.
Any recommendations?

fwiw:
I've used Shell Helix 10/40 in my hillclimb car and all my road cars for years and all is well.
Easy to get too.

Millers have a great reputation so worth a try?
