wideband says car is running lean with Z4 and Power FC...
setup:
V3 STi EJ20
TD05-16G (running wastegate boost only, 9lbs)
USDM STi 550cc injector's
Perrin up-pipe
Perrin 3" catless downpipe (divorced gate)
JIC 3" Ti catback (resonated)
CX-R FMIC
HKS EJ20G intake elbow, MAF adapter with velocity stack
ARC atmospheric BOV
ported and polished throttle body
gasket matched intake manifold runner's
Apex'i Power-FC and Commander
PLX M-300 wideband
with the wideband installed, on the stock Z4 ECU, with the above setup....the wideband says the car is running lean 17+AFR's.
with the wideband installed, on the Power FC, with the above setup, and the adjustments made for the 550cc injectors vs. the stock 440cc injectors (80%IDC, +.03ms) ...the wideband says the car is running lean 17+ AFR's.
heres what info i have about the stock injectors vs. the STi 550cc yellow top/sidefeed's.
440cc= .69ms
550cc= .76ms
heres what i have done in the PFC:
for injector correction in the Power FC:
440/550= .8 aka 80%...so i change the injector setting in the PFC commander to 80% for cylinders 1-4
for injector latency:
(550cc latency minus 440cc latency)
.76-.69= .07
the Power FC only allows latency adjustment's in .2 (or even #'d) increments...so instead of .07...i made it .06
what am i doing wrong?
why is does my wideband AFR stay LEAN? (17+ AFR)
how do i correct this issue?

I would say the issue is potentially with your wideband, check the O2 sensor voltage as a sanity check. But realistically, you need to get it tuned by a professional, who should have it sorted to run sensible AFRs in about 10 minutes max.

ill check the voltage..
i put a brand new 02 sensor in it this morning, passed all 4 test's provoided by PLX devices...so the sensor and the display box is working properly.

the voltage is right where PLX says it should be.
the sensor is brand new.....what would cause a car that should be running rich due to 110cc larger injectors to run LEAN?

What was the outcome of the checks you conducted?
What happens if you just throw loads of fuel in?
You realise that things don't always work out to be "right", things like real injector lag times, and induction kits have a huge influence.
Also, the comparative flow rate of your injectors is 505cc, and the true lagtime is perhaps a little higher than you've used.
Just try a few things and see what happens, get a feel for the overall way the engine is.

there is no exhaust leak after the turbo, no air leak before the turbo, no vacumn leaks, no manifold leaks..no leaks of any kind.
i have free air calibrated it, and instream calibrated it...nothing.
the car is running fat as hell allready....the wideband says its super LEAN...if you hook up a wideband, open loop...it should read that the car is running fat with the stock ecu or the power FC...it does not. im not going to try and "bandaid tune" my car to work with a faulty wideband.
im sending the wideband back to PLX Devices, with the 02 sensor that came in the box..they will repair, and re-calibrate it from the inside and send it back with a new sensor (for $30, because i dont have a reciept)
i guess now is a waiting game...if it comes back and still dosent work...i will try a diffrent wideband.
this is the 2nd PLX M-300 i have owned, installed, and used...last time i didnt have any problems with the M-300.
