The Ninja exhausts, (like our Afterburner exhausts), are covered by a warranty which (like most other suppliers) is a replace or repair at the manufacturers discretion.

We've sold quite literally thousands of both Ninja and Afterburner exhausts to date and had very very few problems ever reported and I believe we've repaired around 5 or 6 over that time, which considering the quantity sold is a very low figure.

Any repair on the exhausts is either carried out by Hayward and Scott or the factories UK agents, depending on product.

Neil, good of you to clarify..

Can yo tell me if the Ninja silencer is baffled of wadded..?

Only there's a tinny rattle coming from mine (at certain rpm) that sounds like something is loose inside (could be a stone I suppose).

Other that that mine has been faultless otherwise, and finish is still as new..!

We all understand the T's and C's, was just wondering how widespread the problem is as I am considering a £300 Ninja sports cat which is a little bit more fiddly to take off and send back if it develops a fault.
