Decat pipe question?

Hi can anyone tell me if i change the second cat the one after the downpipe for an straight through one will it put the cel light on?
car is a 06 wrx hawkeye.

no mate,not that im aware of, ive replaced mine on my 2001 bug with no cel on dash
