am i being to gentle with them, or is there a knack ??

rotate them to unstick them.. rotate so the electrical plug part is over the wider area of the rail.. use a wide bladed screwdriver and gently price and they should pop out.. if they have been in a long time sometimes it is difficult to do it without damaging them.. the other option is mole grips but difficult not to mark them etc

Cheers Simon, i did a bit of searchign too on here and it seemed to be simply brute force without damage. Not the easiest hey.

I managed to get the phase 1 injectors out of the rails, but the phase 1.5 injectors were sooooo stiff that i damaged one of the injectors.

never mind, now to decied how i'm going to run the fuel rails and how i sort the connections for them.

thanks Simon
Chris.
