Default Wheres the best place to go to get fueling, boost, timing etc checked

My mate has just brought a my00 impreza which has got a few mods including a turbo from a p1 but the guy he brought it off had it in part ex and did not know if it had a remap to suit so i was wondering where we could take it to get it checked? does it need to go on a rolling road or can a simple diagnostics tool be plugged in?

Thanks

A rolling road might well be able to check the fuelling side of things james, but without using proper mapping kit how will you know if its detting or the boost profile is all wrong for the vf28 if its still on the td04 map?

Would need to be able to access the ecu to check i would think to be pretty sure,so might need to get it done with ecutek and have to pay for that?

a full diagnostic run on the dyno rather than just a power run will show this due to full check for det etc etc

We would use Deltadash to live data test on the dyno. I can't imagine any dyno set up not having that at least to be honest. We would also road test with data capture, and read the log files. The info is all there to see!

If you take a look at www.ecutek.com it lists the nearest dealer.
