Default STi Group N engine mounts?

Anyone got experience of the STI gp N engine mounts? It may be that my engine mounts need replacing and if so I might as well fit the Gp N mounts. Are they are a lot noisier? Will doing just the engine mounts and not the dogbone or gearbox mount have a decent effect?

would personally do the 2x engine mounts as well as the g/box one............
you'll not see any downsides

I'd also recommend the gearbox & pitch mounts as well. I used them on old 03 wagon and the current Spec D but without the engine mounts.
Gives a more confident gear change and not noticed any annoying increase in noise.

Zen Performance had the gearbox mount in stock (approx. £60) but not sure about the others.

So do the lot, basically? I can see the gearbox mount is much heftier than the standard one. Once I do get under the car, how can I tell if they are definitely ****ed? Prod them with a screwdriver? Try rocking the engine around?

And assuming they do need doing, how do I go about doing the job?

Lateral performance, I noticed a big change in engine movement and gear changes but increased cabin noise.

Which mount gives the most cabin noise? The gearbox one or dogbone presumably?
