Default smoke from under bonnet

i recently had my head gasket go so it was in the garage for quite a while, whilst it was in there he noticed i had an oil leak and sed it needed fixing so he went ahead and fixed it,only when i got it bk the car cut out 3 times as the seal for the oil leak hadnt worked,so he took it back and fixed again this time putting on a new rocker cover gasket, but since iv had the car back the revs arent right as when car has warmed up if i stop at traffic lights for example or when car is idling it will sumtimes go as low 200 revs and to top things off this mornin when i was in the car i noticed faint smoke coming from under the hood, not alot but it was ther!
could this be because there is a small oil leak dripping onto the hot exhaust manifold, and also could the revs and smoke be linked?iv checked oil and level seems to be ok...help

My RA did this, it was the oil dripping on to the exhaust manifold and still smoked a bit after it was fixed due to the oil that was left on the exhaust. The smoke looked like it was coming from the turbo sorry dont no about the revs
