Default lambda sensor not connected why?``

has been like it since i bought the car, never been connected why would this be. got a knock link box and lambda link box which i dont think r connected? would these have owt to do with it

What year is the car, and where is the disconnected lambda? there may be two fitted in your car, one for the management and maybe another one for the lambda reader? The car wouldn't run well without its sensor for sure.

If you mean on the downpipe then its probably ok as your's is probably in the OS headers on a 95 car. If that one is connected then the other one has been left in place instead of a bung in order to keep it gas tight.
