Question aftermarket egt sensor for up-pipe boss?

Looking to possibly fit an EGT gauge, but obviously the sender needs to go somewhere. In all the pictures I can find, the sensor is just a "stick" and I can't understand how to fit it (i.e. there doesn't appear to be a thread on the sensor)

Is there a gauge / sensor combination that will plug straight into the hole left by the standard EGT sensor in the up-pipe?

What model and year ?
An additional boss can be fitted to the Lambda sensor to take your EGT sensor and there are other possible solutions.
I suggest you e-mail me for a quick response.

Hi there,

It was for gt spec headers and I managed to find a gauge with an 1/8 NPT thread on the sensor.

For reference, the thread on the GT spec EGT sensor "hole" is apparently 12x1.25mm (22B Bulletin Board: gt-spec headers egt thread size?.

LMA performance have an adaptor that might fit (LMA086).

I'm not sure what the OEM EGT sensor thread size is. Anyone know?
