Replacing fuel pipes - need some advice
02 bugeye wrx wagon. Just had the car remapped by andy f after some supporting mods including sti injectors and walbro pump.
Started getting a smell of petrol in the car, checked and re sealed the fuel pump. Smell was still apparent, particularly when cold.
After some digging and reading other threads re fuel smell it looks like the rubber fuel hose which connects onto the fuel rail pipe. There does seem to be some dampness around the passengers side rubber pipe under the intake manifold.
Does anyone know if it possible to access the pipes on both sides by removing the intercooler and possibly the turbo intake pipe so I dont have to remove the whole intake manifold.
If the manifold does have to be removed then how difficult and time consuming is it?
Cheers
