STI panel filter
Yesterday i finally decided to fit the sti panel filter and all i can say is wow!!!!
the car now runs great at high revs and i found myself going a lot of times past 8000rpm with the car still feeling powerfull(jdm sti my06) this is the only mod i have except from a catbcak greddy exhaust and if you have a jdm sti you should really consider fitting one!

So many people slated me for saying that you dont get good performance from one of these, I was told about these by John Felstead and it was a fantastic bit of advice but you do get pretty good gains on a JDM newage STI

I'm getting a remap done next month by Andy Forrest.
He recommended that I get NGK PFR7B plugs fitted and a new or cleaned filter, so I ordered one of these today together with the plugs.
How long do they last, or do you just clean them?
