Default power steering problems!!!!!

Hi all could anyone help, i am trying to find out how to bleed the system after draining and refilling, any help would be great.

have tried that but does not seem to be working, would you do it with engine running or not. i have taken the return pipe off and done lock to lock, i get a flow of fluid from it when i get to full lock only.

Any ideas
