Help With Rear Lights And Bumper

Hi,
You say "straight bolt on job" - does this assume that the bumper has all the fixings as part of it, or can you literally just screw / bolt the bumper from a blobeye in place of the bugeye?
One of the mechanics at Bulldog Subaru in Twyford told me it's a straight swap but said that I might need to rivet some of the fixings on my old bumper to the new one; either that or buy a new set of fixings? Do you know if this is right, or does the old bumper just detach and the new one goes straight on in its place?
I've searched for a guide on doing this but no luck so far!?
Can anyone lend a hand? Got the rear lights already...
