your clutch has a slave cylinder at the top of the gearbox.try bleading it if that doesn,t help then you may need a new slave cylinder as its a hydraulic clutch not a cable.there is a bleed valve on it to allow the air that may be in the systom to be bled out.

i had this a while ago, where the clutch pedal hinge had ovalled out, had to replace the pedal mechanism in the end.

9 times out of ten the return spring is the cause for the clutch pedal staying down. It’s located under the intercooler and is attached to the clutch fork running to a bracket on the block.
