Default Throttle problem

Just a quick, i was drivivg through town last night just doing 30, i backed off the throttle a little then put my foot down again an nothing happened i did it again but putting my foot down a bit further an nothing happend again so i pulled over, stopped an took it out of gear, put my foot down an it was fine again an has been fine since, has this happened to anyone before an what do you think it might be

If its any help a very similar thing happened today after I took my fuel pump out to check it, All seems fine now but it might give you a place to start

I spoke to someone today an apparently there is a common problem with the wiring from the fuel pump an the immobilizer/sigma alarm shorting, has anyone had this before??
