Default advice on exhaust plz

hi guys, i currently own a wrx 2004.

im thinking of upgrading the exhaust.

but i dnt want to be messing with any catalysts, or any thing like that.

im just lookin for a nice deep burble sound..

wat shud i go 4????

any advice wud be appreciated..

change the backbox and you'll notice a sound change, the biggest increase in burble is taking the cats off though.

any reason y you want to keep the cats?

have a look on you tube at the various vids of imprezas with exhausts, this gives you a good idea of the different sounds etc the different systems have

well... to be honest, there is no reason...i just dnt undastand the whole cat thing.... ..

as long as it doesnt affect the ecu or anything else..

plz feel free to explain..
