Default Orange Engine light?

After a blast up to 70 on the dual carrigeway, the orange engine light has come on the dash, i have checked everything i can think of under the bonnet all fine and the thing is what i have read when this light comes on something happens i.e stutter, no boost ect, but the car seems to be running as normal, working perfectly fine.
does this light have its own set of error codes when plugged into an obdII reader, like the CEL codes?
i have had it remaped a few weeks ago along with a sports cat DP, could this be the cause?
is it safe to drive the car with this light on?
cant really take it anywhere till the new year either.
any help would be great, thanks.

Yeah i will be ringing him when they open in the new year.

Does anyone know if it is relitively safe to drve around with this light on,
and what this light usually indicates?

did the light come on when you were near the red line if so i had the same problem although the light went off after 2 hours or so. mine was overboosting slightly so had to have a slight map tweak to sort it out.

i did drive mine after the light came on but very slowly although not so sure its a good idea as the problem could be something else

Yes it did come on just after booting it quite hard up a hill.
spoke to my mapper today and he said it might be the second o2sensor because of the de-cat when i had it mapped.
gonna take it in 2moro to check it out.
