Unhappy 2 port boost solenoid, connection diagram

I have a bleed valve fitted to my scoob and need to remove it because the adjusting screw keeps moving due to vibration causing either fuel cut or low boost.
I have noticed that one of the pipes from the boost solenoid (think thats what its called) has been blanked off and no pipes seem to be missing.

How do I put the car back to the way it should be??

Any help appreciated as this is my first scoob and as you know not much is simple on them.
I do have pics and will try to upload them.

Ok, for the time being fit a boost pipe between the turbo and actuator which will give around a half bar of boost, ie wastegate pressure and no fuel cut.

Do a search for "boost solenoid". Either 2 or 3 port as there are threads with diagrams showing the plumbing.

Thanks guys, i have a 2 port solenoid fitted. the bleed valve is fitted between the compressor and the actuator.
There is one pipe from the solenoid blocked off. where does this connect to??
the other pipe is connected to the bottom port air inlet

I think the actuator and turbo pipes are T'eed together and then fed to one of the ports of the 2 port solenoid.
