it will be induction noise because you now have an induction kit, mine does it and there is nothing you can do to stop it.
you will also hear the wastegate chattering to control boost levels more now the standard air box is gone

but now i also have a loud turbine noise... like a jet turbine is starting... my boost level was in before 0,8 bar stock... now its hold by 0,9 bar.... but when the boost starts come around 2400 rpm than is the loud turbine noise... maybe sounds cool... but its a lil bit tooooo loud for German Streets

I've got this too (fmic, open filter and td05-20g). Sounds like a jet engine in third gear onwards

Normal sound, just slight surging of turbo as it exhaust pressure starts spooling it up trying to overcome charge air pressure which wants to stop the turbo from turning. Normally you can hear this when you first hit the throtle and when you come off throttle as drive to turbo is reduced allowing unit to start stalling.
Easier to hear when you have an induction kit, but does this also when you have OEM induction you just dont hear it as much.
Hope this helps

check all hoses are tight, use decent hose clamps, also spray hairspray on the silicone hoses before you fit them, this will basically glue the silicone hose to the metal pipework (easily removed though)

the noise when you come off the throttle is the turbo blades stalling (not wastegate chatter - some rally comentator has a lot to answer for).
Depending on what turbo you are running this is going to cause damage to the blades or not, if you loosen the dump valve spring it should reduce etc..
